Kiwis! These delicious little fuzzy fruits are jam-packed with nutrients that are so good for your kids, and you parents, that you can't afford to not have them around!

And, did you know that kiwis have more potassium than a banana? That's right, and potassium-rich foods can lower the risk of high blood pressure, stroke, and heart disease.
