BEETS are a great source of folic acid, fiber, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and vitamin B6! Don't forget the greens attached! They are edible and contain valuable nutrients too.

KALE has more calcium per calorie when compared to a glass of milk and researchers have no identified over 45 different flavonoids in kale!
